How is Elara different from employee surveys?

Surveys are an autopsy—they tell you what already happened. Elara is a real-time heart monitor—it gives you the vital signs to prevent problems before they become critical.

How does the platform protect employee privacy?

Protecting privacy is our foundation. It is architecturally impossible to view individual data. We measure the team's aggregated vital signs, never an individual's. This is manager coaching, not employee surveillance.

What happens to the actual message content?

All source messages are analysed and then permanently deleted in under two minutes. We extract only behavioral patterns (like communication flow and collaboration rhythms), not the content itself. We can provide cryptographic proof of this deletion.

What organisational health metrics does Elara track?

Elara monitors six core vital signs that predict team performance and wellbeing: Team Climate, Collaboration, Alignment, Intensity, Engagement, and Communication.

What security and compliance standards are in place?
